A VERY SLICK scam…called and got a cancellation number and still did NOT get a refund. I lost $180.00! BEWARE of Sonoma Valley and Jump Natural. My bank says that have to notify them I returned the samples, but they won’t give me a “return authorization…I’a, screwed. BUYER BEWARE!

My FREE TRIAL ended up the same as all the others did – – I was charged for the mailing PLUS the $89.94 for a product I can scarcely afford. It was on my credit card and thus the company said there was nothing they could do (I should have read the fine print online). The trouble is, my eyes can’t read the fine print. Why is it that this company and the countless others who daily scam unsuspecting consumers can keep getting away with this fraud without any action being taken by our governmental control agencies?

Three charges in four business days…89.84, 89.84, and 89.82…NONE AUTHORIZED BY ME…WHAT A SCAM! If it were a legitimate product, would not need to act like this…My bank is disputing and will obtain a refund…what a joke!

Was caught in the scam! After much conversation they credited my account and I mailed the product back to them and now waiting for the rest of my money back $49.00

I highly recommend that you do NOT order this product! It is a scam and I got caught in it. The first bottle did nothing for my husband. They sent me another bottle that I did NOT request. They tell me I had 14 days to cancel my account and because I didn’t they keep charging my credit card and sent another bottle.

Sonoma Valley CBD oil offers a $6.00 trial of their oil claiming it is developed by the actor, Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones films). They send their sample then begin sending unordered product and charging your credit card. When contacted the company has robotic responders that keep making more and more offers and do not accept return shipment of the unordered untouched product in its original packaging. Be advised of scam.

Sadly I was stupid enough to try the FREE samples and didn’t see the double payment of almost $90 every month till 3 months in. Cant believe they legally scam people with false advertising! Who sticks up for us against these thugs? Why cant we do anything more? They give us pennies on the dollar refund and walk away, crazy! There should be harsher laws, FDA investigations on products mandatory, then maybe there would be less products but reapable, on the market but then the FDA would also be responsible for the products with their logo on it. Cant trust anyone anymore, even FDA.

I too was scammed with additional 2 months worth of product of $90 each before I could get anyone to answer the customer service telephone number. I only found 1 email stating I ordered the FREE samples which I was billed for the shipping and handling. It did not work for me and wanted a refund and was willing to ship unopened unused product back. I finally got through to a lady named Kelly with a very poor headset as I could not understand her as it kept cutting in/out and did not give me the correct information based on the email I got. She sent me an email with cancellation and RMA # for the last shipment (not both) and charged me a restocking fee of $19. She gave me the incorrect return address on the phone as I questioned her that it was 11th Ave and not the 12th Ave address on the box. They are very fast to ship and charge for the product without notification other than the first sample shipment; however, it will be 5-7 business days before the temporary credit will be applied. The product needs to be shipped to them and arrive within 15 business days to get credit minus the restocking fee for 1 shipment – not 2. With COVID-19, shipments are sometimes delayed so I hope it gets there within the time period they specified. With COVID-19 both my husband and I are out of work and he is unable to get unemployment plus I did not get the stimulas check. Companies who do this should be reported to BBB as well as my bank and I will do so since FDA does not assist with any refunds/or taking the companies to task.

I fell for their trap to try a $6 bottle of their cbd oil only to find an $89 charge shortly there after. I disputed the unknown charge with my credit card company which did not work because Sonoma Valley provided the terms and conditions which I didn’t see and the charge went thru. I called Sonoma Valley and they said since I disputed the charge even though they received full payment they could not do anything for me. I blame myself for not doing the proper research on the fraudulent company prior to ordering. Their practices should be illegal and not supported be the credit card companies.

Like everyone else, I received the”free” trial, and the next month, I had to $89+ charges. I know the offer did not say we would continue to receive monthly shipments for any amount, because whenever it says that, I put it in my calendar to remind me to cancel. I called them and they told me that the offer was clear, but it was NOT. They said they were going to refund some of the money but would be keeping $19.99 for each shipment (including the free one) as a “restocking fee.” This is some sweet scam they have going. Each box gets them at least $19.99, even if returned. DON’T Do Business with this company.

I read the fine print for the trail sample I would recieve for paying shipping of 6.95.. ZNo where did it say I was signing up or that I would recieve a months supply of CBD oil and be charged 89.84 if I didn’t return the product in 14 days, DON’T USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Same as everyone else they say free trial, pay shipping. Then surprise $89.82 and $89.94 charges show up on credit card. Products are junk. I’ve experienced real CBD products and this company should be shut down for their practices. Preying on people who have real pain and discomfort is deplorable!

I ran across a free trial offer for the CBD oil and pills just pay shipping. I am very weary of internet scams so I looked for the catch, it was well hidden. I never could find the fine print that stated there would be 2 $89. charges. When I received the product no bill was included, actually no information at all was included just labels on the bottle to small to read even with bifocals. I did try the product it did nothing at all for my arthritis pain. Now I am stuck paying about $180 for nothing,

Was shocked to see that I was charged the $89.82 and $89.84 on my bank statement less than a month AFTER I ordered (in good faith) a promotional “trial FREE bottle” … I am retired and cannot afford to pay these outrageous charges for things I did NOT agree to. I would NEVER have agreed to pay for something I could not afford. This is totally WRONG and this company should make their FREE TRIALs CLEAR that FUTURE charges would apply. THIS IS CRIMINAL!

I am not sure if I was originally contacted by email or Facebook etc. But they offer you free trial of CBD oil and capsules and then later you are charged $89 dollars for each. They also place you on a renewal order that you never agreed to.

I ordered a free bottle, paying shipping of $6.84. It was supposedly promoted by Tom Hanks, which now I know is false. There was nothing mentioned in the info about this being a subscription. I did not receive any further bottles, but was charged $89.84 for the one “free” bottle. The customer service number that I called is 1-888-788-1935. The representative said she would cancel my subscription and would issue a $40 refund against the $89.84 I had been charged. The product does not work any differently than a $15 bottle of CBD oil that I can buy locally. I will be contacting my bank to have this charge removed.

I also got a free bottle of capsules (except shipping). I called my bank to put a hold/block any other payments from this company. B of A did this over the phone at NO Charge to me. So any further mailings you receive, DO NOT OPEN and put RETURN TO SENDER ON THE PACKAGE. Take to
Post Office to return. B of A will not deduct any future Billings. Do ASAP.!
Companies like this send more quickly!

I ordered the trial bottle and have apparently subscribed to much more Received several CBD related bottles and cannot find the contact to call to terminate what seems like a scam.

My husband fell prey for this TRIAL amount.I decided to look them up today since receiving the product 2 days ago.I told my husband and told him to call them, the number he called was 1-855-334-7948, they claim they canceled it and gave him a confirmation number.It was Snoop Dog who they used to push it. I do not think Snoop Dog would have his picture or name in a scam tactic.I even went online and looked at their page for the Trial thing and it does not show anywhere where about any auto withdrawle’s so will have to see next month.I dont’ tweet or twitter, but someone needs to let Snoop Dog know about this..

Same thing, same scam as all the others, Sonoma Valley it says on the bottles, three different items. Today’s bank shows I was charged a total of 274.60 + the three shipping charges totaling 294.85. I have a dispute into credit card company. Oh yes, two of the items have the same phone number and the other another.

I saw an advertisement for a “Free Trial” of Sonoma Valley CBD drops/capsules online. To receive it, one simply pays shipping for each. There is NOTHING mentioned in the ad, nor in the shipment stating that once you receive the sample that in so many days you will be charged for additional shipments. Now, people are being charged almost $90 for each product and fighting to cancel the auto membership.

Sonoma Valley CBD oil offered a free trial bottle with a $6.84 shipping charge that i had to pay. i read where they would then be charging $89 and change each month unless cancelled within so many days. i had placed this free trial order on 6/22/2020. i cancelled just a few days later after receiving product. the description and daily amount and all the other info was so so small on the bottle i couldn’t read anything. so i wasn’t even sure what i was getting. when i called a few days later to cancel the rep asked me why and i told him i could not afford that much each month. he then offered it to me at 19.99 a month. i happily agreed to that cuz it was a BIG deal. but after agreeing to it again i tried to look up ingredients to be sure i was even getting what i was supposed but could not find anything that stated what was in this CBD oil. but i couldn’t beat the $19.99 monthly price. i would see if i noticed any affect, as i have been on CBD oil bought locally. on july 9th i was charged $19.99 on my card. i thought this was for the next order so i awaited my next bottle. on july 25 i still had not received any product. i called just a bit ago and found out that that $19.99 charge, since i had agreed to stay with them, WAS FOR THE FREE TRIAL BOTTLE! i first asked for a refund and to cancel. they would not refund that charge for anything! transferred to a supervisor and when i asked to speak to her boss she told she was the last person for me to talk to. we went back nd forth for a while. did not get a refund and i hope that my order was cancelled.
