Type of a scam Phishing

Phone call was received during the day. A recorded message said that they have been trying to call me about my paperwork for my "vehicle" and that this is the last time they will reach out to me. I was concerned because I just recently bought a new vehicle and didn’t want it to be repossessed due to some clerical errors. The recording asked me if I wanted to "speak to a representative", and I said "yes". After which, it hung up. I tried calling the number back, and all I get is a recorded message saying "If you want to add your number to our do-not-call list, press 1". If you press nothing, all it does is hang up. This was an obvious attempt at getting me to say "yes" in a recording to use for nefarious purposes.
