The email received from Solution Tree Aug 5 at 3:43 pm is about a personnel form for a company I have never done business with — it reads:

Good day,

Attached is the company personnel policies for August 2019.

Please review carefully and return the receipt and acknowledgement page to my office/mailbox. All staff is required to return the receipt and acknowledgement page.

This was followed by another message at 4:16 pm from the same company about an order I did not place:

Hello Carol,

Please be advised that the parcel you ordered has arrived at the warehouse. This is waiting for your pickup.

In order to retrieve your parcel, please print the attached confirmation and label. These will be necessary to prove you the owner. Please be advised that you will need to sign for the item. The address and details are included in the pdf attached.

Thank you again for your order. We look forward to serving you in the future.
