Type of a scam Tech Support

This company came recommended when our Microsoft Windows program locked up. Ironically, the company and their phone number automatically appeared in a Windows Program. I spoke to Dan Fernandiz @ Solutions ProSoft. Agreed to an one year contract ($400) for Security & Support concerning all of our Windows programs (Performance Check). Dan would check in with me on a monthly basis. He would do his work via remote under www.helpme.net. Last month, a man named Tyler with a Hispanic accent, who said he works with Dan would be performing that month’s performance check. He informed me that there was programs that my computer needed and wanted $500. Suggested I get a $500 gift card. Promised me that I would get my $500 back. I said no. Dan calls me today for my monthly performance check. I told him what happened last time with Tyler. He said he would check into that. Instead of Dan performing the check, it turned out to be Tyler. I watched Tyler, as he remotely got into my computer to watch his work. He went through & gathered all of our recent purchases to get our passwords. He tried spending $430 of my money for Google Play e-gift cards. Charges were refused as I placed a hold on my credit card as I didn’t trust them. I was right.
