Type of a scam Employment

I was contacted through indeed from Timothy Glenn about a work from home position with his company. The following I was instructed 2 wait 4 a package to be delivered with the necessary things I’d need to start working from home. The package didn’t come so I picked up a package from my local FedEx store. The package contained only a check for $2,650.00. I was then Instructed to take the check to my bank and do not deposit inside but instead deposit it through the atm which you can deposit checks in. After of many failed attempts, I deposited the check by going into the bank Instead of using the atm. After the money was cleared, I was then instructed to take $200 of the money as a sign on bonus and go to Walmart to buy the supplies. Once at Walmart I was instructed to send the rest of the money to two different people in two different states. I asked the guy Glenn why wasn’t he listed in the BBB database and he said that his company is based from over seas and have yet to come to the states. It seems like a scam.
