Type of a scam Tech Support

My computer froze up while on face book with a message from Microsoft stating my identity had been stolen and all my information was in jeopardy. I was given a number for Microsoft. I was offered a senior citizen lifetime coverage of security from Softech Solutions, merchant name was Securetechhold. Like a fool, I fell for it and paid over $1000.00 for security. Months later they contacted me advising I had been hacked and needed to purchase something else for $500.00. First they wanted access to my computer to reinstall security program . I gave them access. After becoming suspicious, I advise them that is what I initially paid for and to cancel my subscription.I was advised to lo onto my banking site and they would transfer money back to my account. They had a site for Chase Connect pulled up to transfer money to my account. Representative then stated they made a mistake and credited too much money. I called my bank while I had scammer on the phone & my bank told me to disconnect call, which I did, because it sounded like a scam. The scammer kept trying to call me back but I did not answer. After checking my bank accounts it showed they had transferred money from my checking account & savings account. The bank is doing fraud investigation and hopefully I can get my money back.

I am a 64 year old female and am so ashamed that I fell for this and also gave them access to my computer.
