Type of a scam Online Purchase

I made a purchase through their site back on April 6th. I waited for confirmation of shipping and did not receive anything. Finally they responded that order would be shipped out around April 29th. Still nothing was received they then came back and asked me to wait and that orders were being packed. I got an email on May 6th confirming that my package was on its way. I asked for a refund and was told I would receive my package. Now their site is completely down and they are not answering any emails. I’ve attempted to reach out via Instagram and all my comments have been deleted and other frustrated customers have also not received their package. I paid $215 for a bag I have not received.
