My wife and myself spent our 40th wedding anniversary in your beautiful. city. We stated 2 nights at the Sofia Hotel. We prepaid for this room: 07/07/2015 Debit Card Transaction HOTEL PAYMENT SYSTEMS 877-7846835 FL 07/05 $490.52. This hotel tried to nickel and dime us to death with bogus parking fees (we didn’t have a car) as well as dubious WiFI fees as well as bottled water.
To my surprise , I was billed an additional $396.44.

I wrote the nastiest review on Yelp to .advise future customers to avoid this hotel like the plague. Please investigate this hotel and, it you can, blacklist this hotel. Obviously, this has caused me a great deal of stress and consternation . Thank you
