Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan
I received an e-mail from Garelle Bevoy, [email protected], offering me a loan. The mail was written in bad swedish.
The sender informed me that after I sent my personal information and a copy of ID I will be contacted by his bank.
Today I received an e-mail from Societe Generale Bank informing me that I have been granted a credit of .40000 SEK. All I need is to send an information about my bank, account etc. Then I received a second mail telling me that I need to deposit 1750 SEK as a security. I answered that I have nevere heard about banks wanting to pay before receiving a loan and suggested that they can take those 1750 SEK from the loan I’ve been granted and pay out the rest to my account. Since then no answer.
