In May of 2017 I received my visa bill and saw a charge of $5.77 on my bill from Sociallity AccessNow. I realized that I did not order anything from them and so I called them. They cancelled any future charges but for the last six months I have been calling to get my $5.77 refunded to me. They have some very personable people working for them who appear to be trying to help rectify the situation, but in reality I now believe they have no intention of refunding any money. *** *** is the name of the supervisor that I have been dealing with for six months now at Sociallity. I have talked to him three times now and his standard answer is that "he is working on it…..and will look into it".

As I read other reviews of the company I now realize that they got my credit card information when I ordered a skin care product sample. That is the same story I see with the other reviews that I have read from other people.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

They just charged the credit card without the authorization and the person’s awareness of buying "the product". Not even sure how they got the credit card information, the guess would be that they bought information from some other website the person used to buy a trial product from. Never heard of the company and never came across their products before, until the charge showed up on the card statement.
