Type of a scam Phishing

I am reporting 3 scam phone calls received on 6 February, 23 February, and 18 March 2020. The first claimed to have information about "outages," the second about a Social Security problem, and the third about a Windows/Microsoft problem. I didn’t click on the extension given, and hung up each time.

I have also reported this to AARP.
