I’ve received several phone calls from different people who stated I have a warrant for my arrest for social security fraud and I owe them money.  If I don’t pay a warrant is being issued.  I stopped them there and said I know this is a fraud.  Every time they hang up the phone.

Security benefits will be cancelled unless I speak with them. I called them back and a recording asked me if I was over 50. I said yes. Then a recording asked me if I wanted to purchase a medical alert device. I pressed 2 for “no” and then a recording said thank you for participating in their survey.

We have been getting these calls for about 6 months. Receiving several of these automated messages every day. One day we received 5 in 45 min. at that time we called the local police. They returned the call for us, and the calls stopped for about a month. They have returned once again 1 to 3 times a day. They say you have recieved this phone call from our Dept because legal enforcement action against your Social Security # for fraudulent activity. Please call back as soon as possible or we will have to file legal action. The return phone call changes usually every day or so. Since no one here ever returned the call we are assuming they are trying to either get money or our Social Security no.

Eliza Smith call me stating I was in trouble they found a car with with my social security number in the car, with a bloody knife and drugs.  They have a warranty out for my arrest.  They scared me so bad, I gave them my social security number when they ask for it.  Then it dawn on me that it was a scam. So, I called Social Security Office and told them about it and they are going to look into it for me.

Some guy call my cell phone number and left me several recording saying that my I have fraud on my social security number.  So, I call him back on 832-554-9800 from my work number at Med. Ctr. Of SE, he pick up immediately.  He ask me if I was a Mary something.  So, I told him "No".  Then he ask me my name and I wouldn’t give it to him. Then he ask me for my social security number and I wouldn’t give him that either.  At my job we work every closely with the social security office and it takes time for you to get through to them.  Not just one ring and they pick up and the never ask for your social secuity right off the bat.  That’s when I told him he was a scammer and he hung up on me.

Call came in from a guy, saying that my Social Security will be stop if I didn’t call this number, phone number is (432) 558-0622.  Tried calling him back 3 times, couldn’t understand what he was saying.  This was on the third try.  It sound like he was in a room with lots of voices.  Will not call him back, I think it was a scam anyway.

I recieved a call from a woman who said she was from the Social Security Administration and she told me my social security number was compromised and that a rental car in my name was found abandoned in Texas with blood in it. They wanted me to verify my name and social security number. So i did. Then she transferred me and this guy started asking me about my banking information and balances. When I asked why he needed that, he told me that 3 bank accounts were linked to my social security number. He said he would call me right back and that I must answer the phone when he calls back. I told him this is all starting to sound like a scam and he hung up
