Type of a scam Phishing

Received an automated call telling me my social security number had legal action claims against it and would be suspended if didn’t press 1. Then someone with an accent answered and asked for my name and why I was calling (They must have several scams running for them to need to ask that). I told them I had reported the number and they hung up. I looked up the number with a reverse dialed site and found the area code for the number was in Texas (If it hadn’t been Spoofed). This number had already called me several times but left no messages. I have blocked the number and reported it as a scam through my contact list app on my phone.
