Type of a scam Phishing

"Jason Brown" with the SS Enforcement Task Force & thye were doing an investigation and his SS# has been compromised and if he didn’t get this cleared up soon he was looking at jail time. He said consumer had 21 open ck’g accts & 13 credit cards and he wanted the info on these. He said he was being recorded by FBI, CIA & some other agency. He told consumer he needed to be "forthcoming or he would be hindering an investigation" resulting jail time. His reference # is WC076963 and ID# DC7010. Jason Brown called at least twice. Second call was from same ph# but was obviously a difference person.
