Type of a scam Phishing

Call was originally a robo call stating that I committed fraud against the social security administration and that an officer was on his way to place me under arrest. Option to press "1" now to speak to an officer and rectify the issue. I pressed "1" to see what would happen and a gentleman identifying as Jordan McKenzie came on the line and asked for my name, address, and social security number. When I stated that they should already have that if they were calling me he went silent and hung up.
