I got a voice mail yesterday 6-25-2020 the voice mail said if I don’t call 406 312 8661 back I would b n attempt of non appearance. I called back the man said his name was Jerry Hernandez an he was from the Texas social security adminastration. He ask me if I have been to Texas or if I have given my social security number out to anyone. I told him no I have not been to Texas an have not given my soc sec number to anyone. He told me that there was bank accounts n my name an soc sec number n Texas he told me a toyato crorla rental car had been found n Houston Texas n my name an the car had blood splatters on the inside. He ask me for the last 4 digits of my social security number. He said police had raided a house n my name n Texas but nobody was there but police had found drugs an bank info n my name. He said there is a investagation an he would contact me back. I got another voice mail sounded like the same black male I had talk to yesterday this time he called from a different number 406 215 2794. I am not gonna call him back. I was totally freaking out at first but after I had hung up an started thinking bout what the man had told me I began to believe it was some kind of a scam cause I no without a doubt the social security does not do phone calls they send letters an if there was a rental car n my name with blood splatters an if my soc sec number was being used fraudantly then I am pretty sure social security would not b the people getting a hold of me I’m pretty sure police officers would b knocking on my door. If there is any truth to this then police office need to come c me so I can c there badges an that they r real officers I am not talking to anyone over the phone without knowing 100/00 who I am talking to.

i received a phone call on June 4, 2020 at 2:38 p.m from a local number of 225-209-1371 stating that my social security number had been suspended due to fraudulent transactions in the state of texas. The guy who i was speaking with asked for my name, and social security number so that he could locate me in the data base and tell me what was happening. I told him that he called me and that he should have all of my information if they are investigating. I asked his name, and he didnt give it but instead tried to talk about something else as to why i should give my soc. sec. number. I asked him again what his name was and where he was located. he stated he was in texas and never gave his name. I asked him if he was in texas, then why was the number that called me a local landline number. At that point he hung up on me.
