Type of a scam Phishing

Cold call asking if my mortgage debt was 160k. Property was identified by digital voice. After being told he hung up not being successful in gaining mortgage info.

This was a very different scam using computerized voice to identify property. Caller claiming that the digital voice is somehow used for my security.

Redial to the incoming number failed to connect or leave message.

Caller called and told us they were from a company that gets in touch with people who were refinancing their homes, in which case we are. They asked for our home value and our credit scores. They didn’t ask for any other personal information. Not sure if this information would be used for a scam or not. They were quick to tell us they couldn’t help us and when we tried calling back, the number was not in service.

Formally ABS , www.abs-us.net (weird, that domain is for sale now). " Business Consultants "

ABS called on our company in 2010 and tried to scam us out of money. Our attorneys had to get involved.

You can imagine the surprise when a company called and sent in a cold call salesman from SMS promoting just about anything related to business consulting, evaluating, etc that we could possibly need. I listened for a couple of minutes and explained to "Rick Deleff" that this sounds a lot like ABS that came in here a number of years ago and tried to scam us out of money. He didn’t flinch, he is an older "gentleman" who is "an experienced business professional that worked at a major company (insert company name here) for 16 years and owns two companies himself…"

After he left, I pulled my old ABS binder from the shelf… 1260 Barclay Blvd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089 is listed on correspondence. Wouldn’t you know that the address on "Mr. Deleff’s" card is 1267 Barclay Blvd, Buffalo Grove, IL 60089.

I called what I thought was a cell number on an extremely plain/week business card and reached "The Office". The Office, could not provide the salesman’s phone number OR his email (which was not listed on his bus card)!

WI residents should be aware of this scam group and be aware. They prey on small and/or family owned businesses. Business owners should be able to search ScamPulse.com or any other site and find this review.

Sunny / Sonny Shah is one of the business cards that I have on file from our previous nightmare – look him up1

Type of a scam Advance Fee Loan

I was online on 12/23/15 looking for a payday advance. They have you fill out a application requesting you personal information so they can match you with a lender. I stop searching because I felt I was getting the run around. On 12/30/15 I see this check posted to my account. Which is below. This is not a check that I wrote or a check that is issued by my credit union . When I tried to call and inquire what and who they are. I received people who did not speak English who could not tell me who they are and what they stand for. I went to my bank to despute the card.
