Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order with smocked corner on two different occasions. Never received order. I continued to email the company which will respond with a string of excuses, promising order will arrive in next 2 weeks. I was even give a fake tracking number on two occasions. I requested a refund after 4 months. Yet again assured me I would be refunded and never happened. I filed a claim with paypal in which I was refunded. This company is a scam that runs deals and advertises on facebook. Do not fall for it as you will never receive the clothing and had it not been for paypal I would be out the money as well.
