Was ting to purchase a chihuahua puppy from smithchihuahuas.com sent 350.00 dollars to secure purchase and drove to Atlanta, GA for pick up. Called morning of pickup said I was 1hr away and confirmed pickup location.
When I called to let them know I was there. I kept getting a recording that the phone subscriber was not available.
