Bought items advertised by this entity, paid through Pay Pal on the 26th of March. They sent me transaction number invoice as seen below but no goods to date. I contacted them but no response. Contacted Paypal but nothing concrete about my purchase or refund. PayPal is still sending me notification with their product. They have offered me the choice of closing the account without telling me what is the outcome of my request for refund.

I got this from Facebook as an advertisment. I ordered some eyelashes and nail kit on April 13, 2020 I received an email that my ordered will take longer because of Covid19 and that there is a delay. But it says my order was shipped and that’s all it says when trying to find out if it is sitting in a dock somewhere trying to track it goes to their website to buy more productd. So that leads me to believe it’s a SCAM. My order number is SSC32302. How do I get my money back

First of all let me say how discussing this company is to take advantage of women, their is no honor in what you guys are doing. Taking money just wrong. I hope you know how the universe works, what you do to others it definitely will be done to you so be on the look out to lose your business, in debt be homeless and or being rejected by the one you love and have a broken heart.

I paid almost $25.96 for some butt patches on September 18 and cannot get in touch with you guys but to go on reviews which out right disgusting. So I’m going to put my complaint to the ScamPulse.com right after I send you this message. So enjoy scam now but your downward spiral of your money slipping through your hand begins soon. Don’t be fooled.

Meantime ordered 2 other products from company who changed their name to FancyHomey. Again given a tracking number that Fed ex did not show. Have emailed several times about not receiving my items paid for. Got one reply saying my concern was sent to Zendesk. Would like my items or a refund of all I paid for

On may 6 I ordered an eyebrow pencil off of facebook for $19, $23 or so with shipping, they will not tell me when I will receive after I contacted them a few days ago. So today I told them to cancel my order but they said they wouldn’t and that was it, no explanation or anything and they didn’t tell me if I would ever receive it!

Normally I order things online, and I use PayPal in case of scams like these. I ordered a pack of BlackDiamond playing cards for a Valentines Day gift. I ordered it on the first of February, and contacted them many times since. I get a cut and paste apology letter, and repeated letters claiming that they do not have the inventory, or that the product has been shipped already. To give them credit, they did give a USPS number. I checked the number, and it has been created, but no shipping details. It has been over a month and even with supply and demand, the product should have been shipped by now. They will NOT give a refund, claiming it has been shipped when it has not. I have heard of anyone else ordering from this company, and I tell anyone I know not to use their service, no matter how "cool" their products are. And since I used a card instead of PayPal, I cannot get a refund. Spread the word about this company.
