During the covid lockdown I clicked on SmileMay. I ordered $70. This was the first time I ordered clothing online. I won’t do it again. The product dosen’t look like what I saw online. It’s a polyester blend not cotton like they advertise. It took 2 months for products to arrive. I’ve learned my lesson. Check reviews before buying.

I paid for this shirt + $4.50 shipping. When it arrived it looked NOTHING LIKE the shirt pictured! The words were the same but the material was like a cheap polyester rather than the cotton which is pictured. The seams were entirely different… it is NOT the shirt shown on this site! I hate it. It’s not my style. I will never wear it. So I asked for a return address… SmileMay gave me a bogus California address — and I had to pay $4.90 for return shipping! The USPS tried MULTIPLE TIMES to deliver it, to no avail, so it was eventually returned to me! I DON’T WANT IT! Now SmileMay will only refund $8 because I still have this stupid shirt WHICH I DON’T WANT and now they REFUSE to provide a return address! But because I still have the shirt, they will only refund me for part of the postage I’ve paid. Their “partial refund” of $8 doesn’t even cover the shipping I’ve paid — so I’ve received NO REFUND for the bogus product itself! I couldn’t be more angry about this.

The whole chain of events took 4 months, from my order until today. I am so angry about losing my money!

Also – they trim the bad product reviews off their website.

Elsewhere I’ve written, “BOGUS SHIRT! SHAM! SMILEMAY STIFFED ME THE ENTIRE COST OF THIS BOGUS SHIRT! WORTHLESS! This is NOT the shirt I ordered and SmileMay WILL NOT REFUND ME!”

I returned items to their shipping address January 21, 2020. They sent me email stating I sent to incorrect address. Should have gone to: Receiver: Jimmy

My friend told me about a company she saw on Pinterest. SmileMay.com I looked at the website. They had nice clothes for a good price. I placed an order for $67. I gave my credit card number. I would get free shipping if I ordered more. I googled the company and scam information came up. I will contact my credit card company. I cannot reach them to cancel the order. I tried to get a tracking number. I clicked on contact us. I could not reach them when I entered a code. Something made me get online and check it out. They are in China.
