On Sat, Feb 1, replied to ad on internet for a schnauzer puppy at www.smartschnauzerpuppies.com.

On Feb 1, received an email from Johnson Gray subj: Cute Miniature Schnauzer Puppies. Hello thanks for your interest in our puppies kaizo. He is still available and ready to move to his new home. The cost of kaizo is $500 excluding shipping fee and we are located in Dallas Texas. Thanks.

On Feb 2, received a text from phone # (210) 519-0557, “Hello Tim, this is Johnson the owner of miniature schnauzer puppies. Kaizo is still available. We are selling him at $500 with a shipping fee of $167. We are located in Dallas, Texas.

I asked why the puppies were 50% off: Johnson Gray replied: Hello Tim thanks for getting back to us with your questions. Firstly we are offering our puppies at a 50% reduction because we are preparing for new litters very soon. Also the shipping fee covers delivery right to your home you will not pay an additional fee for that Kaizo is not microchip just like the others. We provide a health guarantee to our puppies to our customers in that in case of any illness after arrival within one month we shall refund your money and take back the puppy. I asked for updated pictures of the puppy… we got 6 pictures. Also an email from Johnson Gray that stated: For payment we accept zelle banking app. Here is our zelle email let us know once the payment is made. Zelle email [email protected] The total is. $667 most banks have zelle inside their internet app( chase, wellfargo bbt Bank of America, capital one etc) or you can download it and set it up is very easy. thanks.

I made the Zelle payment through my TD Bank account. Johnson Gray confirmed receipt of payment.

The transaction went through as: 2/3/2020 DEBIT CARD VISA DDA PUR *** P2P DELPHINE NGWANE VISA DIRECT * AZ -$667.0

On Monday, I email Johnson Gray asking when transportation of the puppy was going to take place. I got a reply: “We are working on it we had some delay but hopefully tomorrow by midday. We shall keep you posted. Thanks”.

This was the last correspondence that I received from Johnson Gray.

I texted Johnson Gray on Tuesday and Wednesday requesting status on the puppy’s transportation. No response.

I phone Johnson Gray at (210) 519-0557 and left a voice mail requesting status and information regarding the puppy. No response. The phone # when right to voice mail.

As of Sunday, 2/9/2020, the smartschnauzerpuppies.com website is still up and most likely scamming the next sucker who thinks they are getting a good deal on a great puppy.

This website needs to be taken down asap! Thanks for any assistance.
