Type of a scam Employment

I was offered as an in-home package inspector by Kate Evans at Smartpost. I was really convinced that this is a legit job because I had my interview and they even sent me a contract and w4. When you open their website it looks convincing that it is legit because you will see how their company function. So I was really convinced and did my job well at the later part of doing my job, I was being told that I need to check it in BBB so I will know if it is really legit, then I found out its a SCAM… I was being SCAMMED!!
