Sent a deposit an final payment to Smart White Maltese and had correspondence with Jake N. He emailed me a contract, and had me sign and return. The puppy was supposed to be shipped to me by US Pet Trans but he kept putting me off to tell me the shipping or tracking number saying he was in a meeting or driving and couldn’t email. The puppy never came.. and he has now blocked my number, and I have other fraudulent companies against this company.
