My mother answered an online survey and was offered a free gift. In the terms & conditions it said she had 14 days to cancel or would be charged. She did not see the small print as she is an elderly woman and unknowingly signed up for re-occurring mailings. She was charged for her "FREE" products after 14 days and then was sent another month of products. Total owed is $382.82. I called to send the second shipment back in their original unopened packaging. They refused to give a refund for any product. The woman, Tiffany, was extremely rude, cut me off several times, and would not do anything to rectify this!

Companies like this prey on people who don’t understand the small print! My mother lives on a fixed income, I don’t know how she’ll manage to pay this back.
