They call from 1-888-642-1153 and when you answer the telephone it just continues to click, no one is there and then it hangs up. When you call the number back the recording says "Small Business Growth Alliance" and when you select "0" , the person answers "Merchant Services" – these folks have called me NUMEROUS times over the last year and each time I tell them verbally not to call again –

When I requested to speak with a supervisor the woman stated she was the supervisor and would not let me speak to anyone else – she was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me to just not answer those number’s calls – this is harrassment – plain and simple. I did call a second time right back and spoke to a man and he said "Oh you are calling from New Jersey?" which I replied "Yes, Union Beach, NJ" and he hung up on me.

Type of a scam Credit Cards

Company called me saying they were trying to check my credit card processing fees to see if I am being overcharged and help me get my money back. Company says they are non-profit and they they are paid to do this by their business partners. Company said they harvested my phone number from the internet. Company refuses to stop calling me back. Online complaints and reviews from their own employees specify that the company follows a phone script to trick customers into letting them in under the guise of helping, when really they are trying to sell services. When I called back to ask they not call me back again, employee said she would record it in her notes. She didn’t have my business number or name. This is a very deceptive way to do business.
