Unfortunately, Yahoo has deleted my deleted emails from June, when the incident happened. To the best of my knowledge, I received an email from Costco or CITI, which I use frequently, to request a short customer service survey with an incentive of a free "gift". I foolishly filled out the survey and selected my "gift" but was asked for my VISA information to pay for the shipping. No mention was made about there being a trial period or else full payment would be charged to my VISA or that it was a recurring charge. I am out almost $200 after a second charge has been made. I thought the first charge was fraud and I cancelled my VISA and changed my passport. Unfortunately, I am responsible for these payments. I am a senior citizen living on Social Security so this is a very harmful scam, which I hope that you can keep from happening to others. They also told me that my second shipment is on its way (I have already paid for it). I asked if I returned it unopened, could I get a refund. They told me that their policy is not to process refunds. Can they do this?
