I received an SMS text message from a company named SL Assistance from a person going by the name Amy. I called the number that was included in the text and was very cordial and asked to be taken off their list and as soon as I said that even though I was still talking they hung up on me and when I call back now it hangs up automatically. So I did some research and they’ve been named as one of the biggest student loan assistance programs that are complete scams. I worked hard to get my bachelor’s degree and it kills me they’re preying on people who worked their butts off to better their lives. Companies like this are getting out of hand and need to be outlawed period. You can make payment plans with whomever the loan came from without needing a third party who charges an exhorbit amount
