Type of a scam Debt Collections
They never answered the phone as skypoint, always answer hello, asked for a lot of info and gave a different account balance each time I call back, get nasty when I ask any questions about the company or how they got my info, and refused to send any documents on behalf of the "client" they are collecting for and even went as far as threatening me with jail time and criminal charges if I didn’t pay them over the phone..
