Delivery service keeps wanting large sums of money to deliver puppy that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. The first day needed $1800 for pet crate Western Unioned to them. The next day needed $900 Western Unioned to them for insurance on dog. Stated they were with the ScamPulse.com but was not found on BBB.org
