This company is using my company name and phone number on credit card statements. So when customers get billed illegally they are calling my company thinking we are charging them illegally. I have called SkinComplexRX several times and spoke to an customer service rep that told me someone higher up would call me, which has never happened. How can I get them to take my business phone number and company name off their credit card statements?

I was on my IPhone playing a game and this ad came up skin care 4.95 and thought ok. I couldn’t get out and a 5.95 eye care came up. I finally turned off my phone to get out . I only saw the trial charge and never and an auto ship was tacked on. My Capital One just said I put my card# in so chalk it up as a lesson to be learned. It cost me $91.90 and $94.90 and even though packing slip or email confirmation or my phone order never showed a screen about auto ship. I got taken and my Capital One didn’t care. Someone needs to stop them please.

This company offers a free trial of their skin care cream for $14.95. I ordered this and received with no problems.

The next month, I received another shipment, which I did not order, with no paperwork. I contacted the company for more information. The person I spoke with was very rude and continually talked over anything I was trying to say about returning this shipment. I was it could not be returned, and told to go online to cancel future shipments, which I immediately did. Today I received another shipment and contacted my bank to find out they were charging $94.90 each month for these shipments. I disputed the charges, and contacted the company again. I asked for a supervisor, who was even more rude and also talked over my part of the conversation. I was even told I never contacted them before. In frustration, I advised I was contacting ScamPulse.com about their practices and ended the conversation. They called my back then to tell me what needed to be done to have the charges refunded. Their practices are very deceptive, and their "free trial" is a scam to continue charging you for something you did not order.

I clicked on a page on Facebook regarding skin care that took me to page about Christie Brinkley’s skin care product and results… the address in the top bar was tryskincomplexrx.com, though I can’t visit it now. I agreed to a free 14 day trial of a product for $4.95 and when I tried to check out when threw a slew of other offers. While passing through those I couldn’t figure out how to continue with my single agreement… I would click "complete checkout" versus clicking on the notification posts of the other products and then that other product was in my cart. I’d already given my payment information to cover the $4.95 and wasn’t asked to confirm anything (couldn’t remove other items from my cart). I immediately called one of the phone numbers on the digital receipt (there was a different one for each product) and I went through the auto phone system in which I asked to cancel my order, and was then told I would only be charged $38.71 and my trial would be canceled. I never agreed to anything more than trying the one product for $4.95! Then I opted to be transferred to a representative who refused to canceled my order and kept arguing that I agreed to the trials and wasn’t taking responsibility for my agreement. This is all very misleading – intentionally so. She also said they have the recording of me agreeing to the cancellation of the trial and to the $38.71 charge and I argued I made no such agreement to those details, and only realized after I got off the phone there was no verbal anything (it was a "press this button to cancel your order" recording. The image I’m attaching is of a screen shot of the digital "receipt" received for the initial trial of two different products (I had only wanted to try the first one) and was unaware of any other charges to be made associated with the trial. I’ve already been charged $5.95, $4.95, and additional $38.71… I have no idea if they’re going to charge me another $38.71 for the other product now that I’ve made it clear I want neither product (or anything from them) and am fighting any argument that I agreed to anything other than agreeing to try one product for $4.95.
