Type of a scam Online Purchase

I purchased some products online from this company over a month ago. I received an email saying my order had been received and that I would be later receiving an email with my tracking information. This never happened. I have tried emailing them and received 2 failure to deliver notices. When I used their toll free number it was out of service and when placing an inquiry asking where my order was I never heard back. After doing some research, it has been brought to my attention that this company is out of business but is still collecting online orders through their website but not fulfilling them. With no way to contact them, they get to keep the money and in return their customers are not getting their purchased products. This website needs to be shut down and proper reparations need to be made to those who have been scammed by them. I am not the only customer that has posted a review about being scammed and this has been going on for months. I have ordered from them before and received my orders in the past (within the last year+) This is not okay and they need to be shut down. They also have disabled their returns and refunds clickable link on their site to insure that customers cannot take action.
