I, along with many others, purchased items from this website that was advertising through Facebook. There are many complaints that other people’s items have not arrived and they cannot speak to a representative nor find a phone number or address to contact customer support. I ordered my item 4 weeks ago and have not received any information regarding the location of my item. I have messaged them many times through email and Facebook and I cannot get a response.
