Type of a scam Phishing

The phone number was somewhat local and I rarely receive calls on my cell other than from friends or family. However, since it was local, I answered the call. The female was hard to hear at first because of a lot of background noise, she asked if I could hear her and I said "Barely". She then said she was calling from Sirius XM Radio (just bought a new car) and wanted to know if this was "Rachel Tithof", I then said "Yes" and could not hear her again. I then realized this may be one of the scam calls and hung up immediately. She has not attempted to call back.
