Type of a scam Online Purchase

There was an ad on Facebook for an open box sewing machine. I ordered and paid through PayPal. I tried to reach customer service through their website. https://www.ovevte.com/index.php?main_page=account_history_info&order_id=876…⇄ … this is the link to their site. I never received a reply …. I emailed them a few times. I looked in PayPal and it said it had shipped and deliver but the tracking number was for for 2 months before I ordered and for a different item. I opened a dispute with PayPal and they eventually refunded my money. Attached is a pic of the website.
