I initially applied for health insurance for NJ. I kept receiving phone calls from (754) 264-0538, I eventually picked up. The representative was asking me for my information to continue processing my application. They charged me two fees. I gave them my credit card info, thinking this was the initial insurance I applied for. I went to the pharmacy, and they let me know that this was not a legit insurance.
