Type of a scam Online Purchase

Dec 3rd I purchased a 14 day trial for cost of shipping. Suppose to be $4.95 but ended up being 2 bottles $3.95 each. I was to cancel within 14 days if I didnt want more shipped. On Dec 15 I tried sending an email to cancel but the body of the letter covered the send button so I couldnt send it.

I tried 3 times.

Off and on I tried the phone numbers I had and got answering machine that told me I was able to cancel and would not have any other charges after the $64. Asked me if I wanted to talk to customer care but then when I pressed the correct number to do that …it wouldnt let me…..or they just didnt answer forever. When I finally got to talk to Jay Martin on Dec 18th, he said the most he could do for me was to give me 30 % off of what they already charged my card. Which was $74.90 and $68.90

according to my bank , who I called to see if they could give me any advise. They were also, who I got the correct cancellation numbers from. Anyway….STAY AWAY from this scam. This is horrible to do to people…especially on the Holiday Season!

Unfortunately the only proof of any of this that I have is a screenshot of the order i placed on the 3rd…and a confirmation # from Jay Martin on the 18th…but I did not have time to do nothing but sit on the phone and wait for someone to answer for 2 days
