Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was told that Silverstar sold an AI robot by their agent Reginald Stinson and that the robot cost 199$ and I can use any amount to trade with the robot. After I purchased the robot , I was told that I could not use other than 500$ to trade, I was disappointed because I had only 200$ and was told I could use any amount. Now they had a policy to refund your money if you cancel purchase before 7 days. I was not pleased with the service and I cancelled my purchase and wrote to their support. I tried calling them but they never ever pick their calls. Other customer in Reginald Stinson group complained of such too. They replied my mail and the content is attached to this mail. I waited for 14 working days and got no reply from them. I wrote them again and here was their reply: "

Hi ***, There was a bug in the system and as of 2/21/2019 they were successfully refunded, and that will take 7-10 business days and we are very sorry for the delay. Thank you very much for understanding". Am really pissed because it seems a scam to make me forget my money. Other people complained of the same issue and they gave caused me a lot of damages both financially and my wwlbeing because I lost other opportunities I would have invested that money in. Please I believe in this reputable organisation, am just a man in Africa trying to progress and feed my family, but from all indications they are trying to Rob my of my business. Please I need your help. Thanks
