Type of a scam Tech Support

When I came in the computer was going crazy, my husband got a call around 4pm from Silver Tech from 888-319-0909 and about 30 minutes later, the computer had graph and had wifi, couldn’t access the computer, they had control over his computer. They said I had a program that they installed last year that wasn’t working, and they were going to refund me $400, they told him they only do checks in the amount of $2500, they pulled up his bank account on the computer, and showed where they had deposited $2500 and that he had to go Walmart get money order and send to them, they hadn’t given address, and they called back a little after 6pm, and I told them they are a scam, I am going to call the ScamPulse.com and the police, and then he clicked over to a foreign man that said he was with the Ohio Police, and I told them I was going to report them. They had a number at the bottom that was a computer help line, and they said it was scam, and they were able to restart computer.
