Left message on 16 Jul 2018 at 6:31pm, JULY 17,2018 1:10PM Computer technical support call me on home phone stating that the Company has been ordered to closed and will no longer be able to provide services paid for; he contact me to get my refund. teller marketer, I was asked if I was at the computer desktop for paid services. I told him no, then he stated that he would hold. I go on my computer and why do I need to be at my computer if I was to receive a refund. I knew it was probably scam from the beginning, so I led him on to see what it was really about, I said I am giving you control of my computer, he did not want control of my computer but then I got frustrated so I did what he asked me for my bank information while taking to him on the phone I by ask him why I need to give him control of my computer, he said I need to fill out a form to get my refund of $299.00 dollars from Microsoft because the company is going out of business and the program is not working on my computer. while on my computer he printed a photo of my and a friend of mine and ask me who was those people in the picture., he al asked for a another account he told me to give me my cellar phone, he told me to turn on the light he took a picture of me with my phone in my hand, and printer on my computer . he said ID is W8100 name is Christ Normang phone 585-247-8916 is supervisor name is Steve. They keep calling me phone everyday for the past few weeks.
