Type of a scam COVID-19

I ordered face coverings from this company on May 1st and to date still have not received my merchandise. I have reached out several time inquiring as to the expected delivery date to be told every time that they are in production and I should received them as soon as possible. This company at first gave me a 10% refund as I indicated that I believed that they were a scam. Later on when I indicated that I was going to report them to the ScamPulse.com as a scam they returned 50% of my money. To date (6/18/2020) I still have no product and they are supposed to have opened a customer service claim for me, but I have not heard anything regarding said claim and it has been 7 business days since that notice. I would just like my money back at this point as I am an essential employee and these were ordered due to the pandemic and being I did not receive them in a timely manner I have had to get face coverings elsewhere that could deliver them to me.
