Same thing happened to me with Paypal. I have a transaction (and confirmation) from my bank that Paypal was paid but conveniently the transaction was deleted somehow after they were paid. The money is still paid out of my account. This is the most fradulent business I have ever deal with in my life. I am also considering filing with the Federal Commerce Trade Commision – Ecommerce division. They are raking in a lot of money while scamming so many people. I have copied the FBI website address and will file. Silke Studios needs to be stopped. I am not finding your facebook page but would appreciate updates as to your endeavors at stopping this scam. I purchased a bra from an ad that came across while I was playing a word game. The company is Silke Studios and the product purchased was Silke wrap bra. The item never came in but my Pay Pal account was used to pay for it.

I ordered a bra online (from an online ad/website), but it never arrived. The contact number is always busy and I can’t find an accurate email address for them. The credit card charge goes through PayPal to “Dreambigger 402935773300000 SG”.

Same thing happened to me and many others. I ordered 5/6/2020 and all I got for my $40 was a bunch of promises. They have scammed so many people. Paid with Paypal which shows on my bank statement but conveniently it was paid and then somehow deleted from Paypal afterwards. I am looking into filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission – Ecommerce division. They are raking in a lot of money while scamming people.

This scam company was for some wrap bras at a really great price. It had online commercials, website, order confirmation etc… and nothing came up when I tried to research if it was a scam before I ordered from them. They charged my credit card and sent no product, ignored two emails I sent them inquiring of my order and when I tried the phone number it immediately says we cannot take your call at this time call back later, it says nothing else, not even acknowledging a company name or anything else just that above message.

I am out $129 and more importantly worried about account hacking, identity theft, etc…

If you have the time and energy, fight. Don’t get rid of the package, report the return address if provided to assist in tying things together. We won’t get anyone to work on this stuff unless we all work with the right people. I paid with PayPal and was told by another person that was scammed that he couldn’t get his money back until he filed with the FBI. Use this website: https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx

I would file the dispute with the credit card company and file the FBI report first.

Follow my page on FB, I plan to get to the bottom of this as a retired USPS employee. This is hurting my former employer.
