My deceased husband received a letter from a company with a return address of ETH, *** ** ***** ******* ** ***** and on the front of the envelope it said “stimulus check enclosed.” Inside was a $1000 maximum voucher for him on the purchase of a hearing aid. That is not a stimulus check. It is clearly a fraudulent claim. The company name Signia is on an inside page. If this is not a scam, at the very least it is false and deceptive advertising.
