Type of a scam Online Purchase

This website, http://www.siboifonline.xyz sells various items and the the item I’m interested in is a automotive part. The site has a contact page where you can only contact them thru email. I have contacted them thru such all without any reply. They have that you can pay them by paypal but do not make such a method available. When you click on the method of payment, only credit cards are accepted. The site does not provide any phone numbers or mailing address. So, I am wondering if there is any info on whether this website is legit or a scam?

As can be seen by the images, the site gives no info on it’s whereabouts or how to contact them other than thru email. So it would be much appreciated if you could check this site out. Thank you. I have lost no money and am contacting you in hopes of finding out whether the business is legitimate or not. So the required answers or not a true representation.
