Ms. Davis called me today to advise me that when my fiance picked up the application; she forgot to collect the $100.00 for the application. She stated that the process is there is a 100.00 application processing fee…well I have not completed the application so why are you going to charge me $100.00 to PICK UP THE APPLICATION. You can charge me the $100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE application fee before I fill out the application…UMM no ma’am! You are not going to SCAM me for $100.00. The owner has never picked up the phone once or offered to show me the property and told me the property was rented and all of a sudden 2/28/17 he texts me to tell me
