Type of a scam Online Purchase

I had ordered a couple items from this website for a total of a little over $50.00 (in hind sight I should of checked the ScamPulse.com first). I waited a week after the transition was completed and I hadn’t heard the items were shipped. I emailed and got a reply that same day from a ‘Liz’:

Thanks for contacting us at Shopping Network!

I’m sorry for not receiving an update on your order. We will be looking into your concern further and we will update you regarding this matter.

Appreciate your patience in the meantime.

I was ok with that, for a while, so I waited. And another two weeks pass with no word Or reply so I email them again both using that same thread from the original inquiry and a new email.

I wait another 2 weeks with no reply from either. I finally had to call my bank to report fraud!!! I fully think that this place never intended to send anything. Needless to say, to this day haven’t heard back from this shoppingnetwork.com . Please avoid at all costs! They have not even have a business phone number only an email that they ignore.

I hope this helps someone else before they give these people any money!
