Type of a scam Online Purchase

I was solicited by phone by this company that for $1.95. I would receive a package with vouchers, coupons etc, within 3-4 business days. I did not receive such package and upon checking my bank account, two charges of $1.95 were removed. Two weeks later after I did not receive a package or confirmation email, as they claim, two additional charges of $17.95, we’re withdrawn from my account, without my authorization . After contacting the company, I was told, I did authorize the charges as I did not call to cancel. I never did receive a package or emails as they claimed I did. I asked for a refund of the charges, which they refused saying they don’t give refunds. Not only is this a bad business practice, I believe that this company is a scam.
