It’s almost a year since I ordered a 31″ lathe / milling machine combination set × 1 at Xeucis by shopify.com, payed 139.00 $ for it and never got the merchandise. What should I do to get my money back?

It was advertising outdoor furniture on Black Friday. I tried to place order and it said credit card declined. I used another card and went true. Few minutes later I noticed my first credit card was also charged. Tried to call them nobody answered. Emailed them but no response. I have not received refund or the merchandise. These people are crook and stealing money online. These people use different websites.
