I was ordering a Mirror Armoire offline through the site Shop Ultimate Offers..affiliated with Shopify.com I believe. Everything looked normal, I put in my order and hit confirm payment and that was it! No email, no confirmation code, nothing! It acted like it didn’t even process or go through so I just closed out of the site. That was April,20,2019. I received my card statement recently and it showed that the money had in fact been taken out, yet I have no info or email on the seller other than what’s on my statement. Now when I try to go to their website it doesn’t work. What can I do?

This is a scam. They advertise products for sale. You can order and pay for a product that they will never send. When you try to contact them at the email provided, it is a domain that does not work. Basically they take your money and there is know way of recovering it.
