Victim received a text message from a "Shirley W***" claiming that they were owed $100k in Government Grants & in order to claim it had to send money gram of $1000 for tax purposes.
Victim was located in Tennessee & was instructed to send the money gram to an individual named "Peggy P***" located in Bellwood, PA.
